Disadaptation in those high intensity of work associated with the formation of myocardial hypertrophy with normal levels of blood pressure. Risk factors are high levels of variability of systolic blood pressure, rate of the morning rise of diastolic blood pressure, increased stress hormones, inflammatory cytokines.
