Correlation between equity and inequity of working efficiency motivation and labor productivity

The article studies equity and iniquity factors in motivation theory. It is noticed that this component of labor motivation is not properly used in theory or in practice. The supplements to equity theory, which allow to take the factor into consideration and to correct the existing labor motivation system at the enterprise, are suggested.
