Relationship between emotional burnout and psychological climate in the team of railway workers

The article focuses on the problem of emotional burnout on the example of workers interacting in complex modern stressful conditions. The author supposes that there is a relationship between the burnout syndrome and the psychological climate in the railway workers' teams. The results of an empirical study characterizing the relationship between these phenomena are analyzed. The results of the study confirmed the hypothesis about the relationship between the level of cohesion in the team and the characteristics of the psychological atmosphere among railway workers. It is advisable to use the results in the process of psychological support and consulting of specialists interacting in difficult conditions, as well as in the preparation of psycho correctional programs to reduce the risk of burnout and aimed at improving the moral and psychological climate in a professional group
