Interrelation of the cellular part of immunity and cytokines profile at chronic virus hepatitis b at children and teenagers

In article the immune factors influencing on pathogenesis of chronic virus hepatitis B at children and teenagers are considered. Researches of blood serum of children with chronic virus hepatitises B in replicative and integrative phase on parity of cytokines profile and cellular part of immunity were conducted. It is noticed that cytokines indicators in integrative phase are more brightly expressed, than in replicative one. Dependence of cytokines level from condition of immunity system is revealed at chronic virus hepatitis B at children and teenagers.
