The Interrelation of the Components of the Five Subsystems of the Individual Mental Model of Military Personnel Interaction and its Generalized Indicators

The purpose of the article is to prove the interrelation of the components of the five subsystems of the individual mental model of interaction between military personnel and its generalized indicators. To achieve this goal, multiple regression analysis was performed using the step-by-step method of integrating components into the model. The predictor variables were components of individual mental models of military personnel interaction, while the response variables were generalized indicators (generality, accuracy, and effectiveness). The regression analysis resulted in three statistically signifi cant models. It is proved that all five subsystems have different integrative powers and have different determinative powers to explain the successful functioning of the mental model of interaction between military personnel. Thus, empirical verifi cation of previously formulated theoretical ideas about the structural and level organization of collective mental models of military personnel with a five-level structure has been carried out, new features and patterns have been identified.
