The connection of students’ personal development and interpersonal relationships in the educational group

In the article the changes of cognitive characteristics and personal qualities of students depending on a generality of their personal values in educational group are considered. It is shown, that the kind of these particularities are depended on a sex of students and urgent mechanisms of social perception.
