The possible interface of processes peroxidical oxidation of lipid, antiradical protection with an operating time of substances of low and average molecular weight in plasma and binding them erythrocytes of white rats blood at acetaldehydic intoxication is discussed. At revealed metabolically infringements at large horned cattle with the help of an integrated method based on definition of connections of low and average molecular weight, it is recommended to estimate intensity of free - radical oxidation of the not sated greasy acids and activity of free - radical protection for a choice of pathogenesically of the proved methods of correction of shifts in an exchange of animals substances.
