Correlation analysis of organic and hemodynamic changes in the brain in chronic cerebrovascular disease

Cerebrovascular diseases (CVD) occupy a significant place in the structure of morbidity and mortality of the population and have a large variability of manifestations. Chronic forms of CVD, causing progression of neurological and neurocognitive disorders, significantly reduce the quality of life of the patient. At the same time, chronic cerebral ischemia in most cases precedes the development of acute cerebral circulatory disorders, the risk of which increases significantly after 60 years of age. Early diagnosis of cerebrovascular pathology using modern methods of functional neuroimaging is an urgent task and allows to predict the course of the disease, make a choice of pathogenetic therapy and evaluate the effect of treatment. Objective of the study: to identify the relationship between structural changes in the brain and hemodynamic perfusion parameters in patients with chronic CVD in various observation groups.
