The relationship between the behavior strategy in conflict and the generalized motive as a factor of psychological readiness for geoeconomic changes (by a case study of the employees of an international company)

Scientists from various fields of science have observed and interpreted the global economic processes for fifty years. However, the relationship between geoeconomics and psychology is still insufficiently studied. Meanwhile, the principles of the global world order are changing and affecting the national economies as well. Against the background of global changes, the Russian economy is centralized, the signs of planned production are appeared, and the role of state corporations is growing. Changes in economic conditions within the country will affect the living and working environment of everyone. The paper presents the results of an empirical study on the psychological readiness of residents of the North-West region for geoeconomic changes. The authors attempt to discover differences in choosing the behavior strategy in conflict and the generalized motive in people of different ages, sex, and professions. In conclusion, the research determines the relationship between the generalized motive and the preferred behavior strategy in conflict.
