The interrelation of labor motivation and cohesion of employees of security units

The role of motivation in ensuring the efficiency of labor activity is considered. The conditions for the cohesion of departmental security units are investigated. It is shown that labor motivation and group cohesion have common components, which explains their close relationship. The results of a survey of employees of departmental security units of the Federal State Enterprise of Departmental Security of Railway Transport of the Russian Federation are given. The connection between labor motivation and group cohesion in security units is empirically substantiated.
