The relevance of research aimed at finding ways to increase the efficiency of the learning process and the success of students is substantiated. The relationship between resilience and educational motivation of university students is considered. The hypothesis of the study is the thesis that there are correlations between these constructs: by increasing resilience, it is possible to increase the educational motivation of students. A conclusion is made about the presence of numerous desired correlations and their nature. The prospects of developing a psychological program to influence the development of resilience in students are noted.
