Несостоятельность анастомоза является одним из самых тяжелых осложнений, встречающихся после колоректальных операций. Частота его возникновения остается достаточно высокой (3-20%). Несостоятельность анастомоза значительно усугубляет состояние пациента, зачастую ведет к повторным операциям и формированию стомы, увеличивает уровень морбидности, летальности и может быть причиной местного рецидива. Поэтому важно научиться предсказывать и предотвращать это осложнение. В данной статье мы описали результаты клинических исследований, оценивающих факторы риска несостоятельности анастомоза после колоректальных операций. Знание наиболее значимых факторов риска может помочь хирургам избежать несостоятельности анастомоза путем определения тактики во время операции (или формировать первичный анастомоз или выводить стому) и выбора более правильного предоперационного ведения больного (коррекция анемии).
