Consumer abuse undermines the economic stability of a business. Amendments to the Law of 07.02.1992 N 2300-1 (revised from 11.06.2021) "On protection of consumer rights" will play a significant role in minimizing risks, protecting the rights and legitimate interests of not only consumers, but also business entities. The author has conducted a study, generalized judicial practice covering the problem posed, identified problems in the application of the norms of the Law, as a result of which the author worked out a way to eliminate abuses.
