The paper is devoted to application of motion correction methods for control systems with incomplete information to one problem from inertial navigation, namely to the alignment problem. The general nonlinear system of equations and its linear approximation is observed under small deviations of angles. Modeling of alignment process for a case of the simplest model is done.
