Tasks and directions of supervision for the execution of laws on counteraction to financing extremist activities and terrorism

The article is devoted to the disclosure of the main goals, objectives and directions of supervision over the implementation of laws on countering the financing of extremist activities and terrorism. Based on the provisions of individual federal laws and regulations, the fundamental objectives of the supervision of the implementation of laws in the field of countering the financing of extremist activities and terrorism are highlighted. Along with a theoretical approach to a general understanding of the goals and objectives of the prosecutor's supervision, specific goals and tasks of the studied sphere of the prosecutor's supervision are identified. The author defines the directions of the prosecutor's supervision that are delimited by the objects of supervision and by the circle of tasks. The range of objects of prosecutorial supervision and the range of tasks solved in its implementation is outlined.
