The company today is able to develop only involving the personnel with such skills and expertise which allow realizing company's competitive edge. The strategic goal of the corporative administration to the extent of human resources management assumes the implementation of a system of enterprise's labour potential development. This system should be focused on the formation of the competitive personnel; based on a principle of combination of active deployment and permanent education of enterprise's employees; oriented to the maximal rapprochement of interests of the enterprise and a single employee. The goal is the productivity enhancement, broaden options for the enterprise in entrance to the world market.
