Problems of optimization of structural reliability and survivability of communication networks

In this article the issues of reliable functioning of communication networks in the conditions of arising the emergency situations are considered. The general statements of problems and definition of the theory of S-hyper networks are given. This mathematical apparatus allows to model the processes happening in networks in the conditions of emergency situations, algorithms allowing to calculate optimum reorganization of network with the smallest losses in case of partial destruction of network knots are given. Solutions of particular problems are considered.
