The article considers a new methodological problem approach promoting a special kind of activity making which gives a possibility to project pupil activity and teacher activity as a system of different kinds of problem solving. Interaction of two kinds of activities through solving the three (mathematical, educational, methodological) interconnected problems as a complex is considered. The complex is an effective way of training process organization.
