This article is devoted to the problems of evaluating such evidence as an expert opinion, which does not have advantages over other evidence and is subject to mandatory assessment. However, in practice, there are cases where the expert's opinion is given greater importance than other evidence, and is also overly trusted. As a result, the probability of making an erroneous decision increases.
