V.V. Kandinsky's "The law of inner necessity" and the artistic work value

The actuality of this work is in the necessity of new approaches to the problem of world cognition and studying a man’s spiritual sphere through art. The research was conducted on the material of creative and theoretical heritage of V.V. Kandinsky. As a hypothesis it is suggested that perhaps the use of V.V. Kandinsky’s law of «inner necessity» that has a three-tiered structure and described by him in the theoretical work «About the spiritual things in art» (Painting) determines the work artistic value. It is presumed that the concept of the work of art value includes not only such artistic categories as composition or painting but ontological ones, such as quality and quantity, content and form. It is also important for modern philosophical knowledge whether the picture has an outcome in transcendental. For V.V. Kandinsky this feature was one of the determining the artistic value of works of art.
