Legality in imposing administrative liability

The article analyzes the importance of legality in the activities of administrative and public bodies, especially in the context of bringing to administrative responsibility. The key requirements for legality are discussed, as well as the role of legislation in regulating administrative and tort activities in the law enforcement activities of administrative and public bodies and their officials, in bringing to administrative responsibility, which are obligations, the fulfillment of which ensures the accurate, complete and correct application of substantive norms administrative and other branches of law, as well as norms of procedural branches of law and administrative procedural norms.
