Legislative framework for the special status of the national police of the Republic of the Congo

The article presents an analysis of the most significant aspects of the special status of the personnel of the National Police of the Republic of the Congo. Revealing the content of a number of normative provisions regarding the legal regulation of the situation of the Congolese policeman, the author concludes about the importance of legal guarantees for the protection of police rights and the need to maintain the necessary level of state requirements for its behavior.
