Legal regulation of wages under the law of Russian Federation

The article analyzes the legal acts containing the norms of labor law. The roles of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and the State Labor Inspectorate are examined. The problem of ignoring employers of local regulations on wage regulation is analyzed. The terms staffing and collective labor contract are described. The question is raised about the low average wage at purchasing power parity (net salary) in the Russian Federation in comparison with European countries. The importance of local regulations in the regulation of wages is substantiated. The main violations of labor legislation were revealed, including when using the labor of foreign workers.
