Law of the Russian Federation in the field of youth policy

The author of the article is given special attention and carried out a qualitative analysis of the implementation of youth policy in modern Russia, by examining the legal acts adopted in this area. In this article an attempt to justify the conceptual bases of the state youth policy and to establish the nature of the mutual influence of social and political institutions on the state youth policy. The article also described and characterized in detail the priority directions of the state policy in relation to the younger generation, the characteristic of the activities of state authorities of the Russian Federation and the regions in order to improve the state youth policy.
