Interaction between globular protein bovine serum albumin and amphiphilic molecules such as cationic surfactants in the aqueous phase have been studied by fluorescence method. It has been found the parameters characterizing protein-surfactant complexes of variable composition formed under binding surfactants by macromolecules of bovine serum albumin.
