Consolidation of the rules for the design of the text of regulatory legal acts in the legislation of the regions of the Russian Federation

This article examines the issue of legal and technical design of draft regulatory legal acts. In the absence of a single federal legislative solution to this issue, the laws of the subjects of the Russian Federation regulating the creation of draft legislative and regulatory legal acts of the subjects are being investigated. The conclusion is made about the difference in approaches in different regions, and the need to create a single format of these acts on the basis of a common federal law.
