Procurement as an effective instrument of ensuring economic security of the state

State and municipal order is an important tool in the structure of the modern economy of any state. The object of this study is procurement. The purpose of the study is to analyze public and municipal procurement as an important tool in ensuring the economic security of the state. In the course of the study it was revealed that, despite negative factors, state and municipal procurement is a necessary and nonalternative method of solving various problems and challenges facing the state. Purchases allow the state to provide itself with various necessary goods, works and services that allows to increase welfare of the nation.
