The article examines foreign experience in organizing work on the selection of personnel for police service. Referring to the relevant experience of England and Wales, the author focuses on the active use by the personnel departments of the said territorial entities of the potential of the digital world, namely the resource of a specialized digital platform, including the practice of holding online information sessions.
