Foreign experience of organizational and legal work with personnel of internal affairs bodies: on the example of the Republic of Tajikistan

The article presents an analysis of the source base of multifaceted and complex in its design work with the personnel of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan. Appealing to certain essential aspects of legal regulation at the departmental level of key approaches to the implementation of personnel policy, which sets the vector of qualitative transformation of the noted law enforcement institution, the author presents a specific example of a national model of organizational and legal work with personnel, which is of undoubted interest to the modern generation of Russian legal scholars and relevant specialists of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
