Бесплатный доступ

This article is devoted to the consideration of issues of protection of civil rights using digital remote technologies. The author examines topical problems of protecting the infringed rights of the creators of the results of intellectual activity and suggests options for resolving emerging issues. The author noted that the considered methods of protecting rights are relevant for use only in situations where copyright objects have already been posted on the Internet resource. However, in the modern dynamic world, the application of measures to protect copyright objects after their illegal distribution may already be economically inexpedient, since potential purchasers of the object may lose interest in its acquisition, which will entail losses for the copyright holder. The author came to the conclusion that it is necessary to grant Roskomnadzor a wider range of rights in terms of protecting copyright objects, which would provide copyright holders with the opportunity to more quickly protect violated rights and legitimate interests.
