Protection of intellectual property rights in the context of the digitalization of the economy: the customs aspect

The essence of the institute of intellectual property rights protection in the international aspect and the list of legal sources regulating the procedure for ensuring the rights of the copyright holder in the use of intellectual property objects are considered. Measures for the protection of intellectual property rights taken by customs authorities on the basis of the provisions of the Customs Code of the EAEU are disclosed. Information and technical means, as well as the norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation, aimed at protecting intellectual rights in the conditions of digitalization of the economy, are given.
