Protection by the ministry of natural resources and ecology of the Republic of Khakassia of the constitutional rights of citizens of the Russian Federation to a favorable environment, ensuring a favorable environment and ecological safety

The purpose of this article is to consider an example of the identification by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Republic of Khakassia (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of Natural Resources of Khakassia) places of unauthorized waste disposal, a method for their liquidation through an extrajudicial obligation of a local government to eliminate places of unauthorized waste disposal, as well as by applying to judicial authorities in order favorable environment and ecological safety of citizens.
