Protection of the rights of economic entities with the use of digital remote technologies when using the means of individualization belonging to them as keywords in the implementation of search queries

The article considers the current problem of protecting the rights of economic entities when using means of individualization as keywords when making queries in search engines in the information and telecommunications network of the Internet through digital remote technologies. The article discusses the current provisions of legislation and judicial practice on the issue under consideration. In conclusion, it is concluded that it is necessary to further introduce digital technologies as a means of settling disputes between economic entities, which will contribute to increasing economic stability.
