Protection of human rights and freedoms in the law enforcement system

This article offers a comprehensive study of topical issues of ensuring human and civil rights and freedoms in the activities of law enforcement agencies. The article identifies and analyzes the existing problems in the area under consideration and the causes of their occurrence, as well as the proposed measures to eliminate them. The article offers a method for assessing the exhaustion of the effectiveness of work on the protection of human rights and freedoms in the system of law enforcement agencies, which allows us to evaluate the system of work of the Ministry of internal Affairs in the Russian Federation.
