The article presents measures to protect the rights and interests within the framework of the law of minors. The basic rights of a child up to 18 years of age are considered. Also marked are the bodies to which a teenager can be sent in case of non-observance of his rights. The powers of these authorities have been discussed in detail. The main articles of the Family Code, which regulate the rights of a teenager, have been analyzed.
