Protection of rights and legal interests of juveniles in Russian Federation

The article considers the issues of educating juveniles, protection of their rights and legal interests. It is noted that the juveniles as a socio-demographical group are educated and develop in the context of the dominant public relations. However, behind the developmental progress one can trace the difficulties and controversies of personal reorganization, particularly within this age frame: acute reaction to hardships and failures, especially when discovering the discrepancy between the ideals and reality
