Protection of the right and legitimate interests of road users as an institution of administrative law

In this article the administrative-legal institute «protection of rights and legal interests of road users» is considered. The author, analyzing the scientific works of legal scholars, reveals the concept of the institute «protection of the rights and legitimate interests of road users», and also gives examples of actual problems of safety of road users, based on statistics, Road Safety State Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Law of the Russian Federation.
