There is a huge variety of different people in the world who are representatives of a wide variety of religions, nations and ethnic groups, and even in a modern democratic society built on the principles of equality of the vote of each individual person, some people find reasons and reasons for a terrible attitude towards representatives of such minorities, reaching sometimes to physical violence. The essence of the study is the study of a specific list of international legal acts, which are a list of basic human rights. These laws were considered from the point of view of previously committed historical crimes against humanity, and the most important provisions for combating such crimes were highlighted in legal acts. Links have been identified between the adoption of legislation and the commission of such crimes.
