Consumer protection in the field of cosmetology

This article is devoted to the study of consumer protection in the field of cosmetology. Problematic aspects in this area and ways of protecting consumer rights are identified. The cases of real life and the ways of precautions in the fight against unskilled specialists who appear on the market of services more and more often are analyzed. In the end, a conclusion was made based on the studied material, according to which, in the fight against unskilled specialists in the field of cosmetology, the care of consumers themselves is important, and if the procedure has harmed the health of the consumer, it is possible to receive compensation in court.
