Protection by the prosecutor of public interests in the arbitration procedure

The participation of the prosecutor in arbitration proceedings in the protection of public interests is considered. The special status of the prosecutor in the arbitration process is investigated, some authors consider it unnecessary for the prosecutor to interfere in the sphere of private law interests, others believe that the prosecutor is a person participating in the case. In addition, an analysis is given of the fixed list of grounds for the prosecutor to apply to the arbitration court with a statement or claim, it is concluded that this list should be open.
