Representation of companies in legal procedure

Representation is undertaking of legal affairs in behalf of person or company based on contract. Representation is based on 1. Law; 2. Regulations of legal person; 3. Regulations of public body; 4. Statement of the represented person. In this article explanations were given on representation of companies in legal procedure, done by legal representatives, representatives by statute, representatives by proxy and especially obligated representation by attorney. Conclusion was that representation in legal procedure has not been done in appropriate manner.
