The article considers the legal aspect of restoring the time limit of applying to the court with an individual labor dispute, the subjects with competence in resolving labor disputes are given. Judicial practice on the issue under consideration as well as the consequences of missing the time limits of applying to the court are presented and analyzed. The psychological tools of influence of the employer on the employee are described, the inadmissibility of their use as well as abusing statutory rights by the employer are emphasized.
