The article analyzes the purpose of training and educational activities in the boarding school focused on the development of the individual pupil, is capable of actively entering into society, to make responsible decisions in a situation of choice. Characterized by the dependence of the socialization of children in boarding school from the educational activities in the aspect of social work, the results of a questionnaire survey of employees of SEI RM "Shane-Maydanskaya boarding school".
