Comprehensive assessment of the design quality of the basic educational programs of higher education is still a topic of discussion. The issue is the difficulty of measuring the parameter, which is the aim and the result of the pedagogical design, i.e. the development of personal life of a student. The necessity to evaluate health, being not pedagogical by nature adds to the problem. This paper is an attempt to describe the techniques for measuring the indicators of the students’ health, which can be influenced in an education process. The aim of the article is to describe the features of the educational evaluation of students' health as an indicator of the quality of the design of the educational process at a university. The analysis of the literature on the topic, the integration of the indicators of design quality of the educational process, as well as the analysis of legislative and regulatory documents in the field of higher education were used. The study reveals a number of ways to evaluate the health outcomes of education made by the people involved in the design of the educational process. These methods were integrated into a single methodology for assessing the design quality of the educational process. The author refined and integrated health indicators of university students related to the design of the educational process. The evaluation indicators described and the students’ health indicators can serve as a guide for the development of integrated health evaluation techniques. They can also increase the design quality of the modern basic educational programs for Bachelor's and Master's students.
