Health-saving media competencies of a university student: essence and content

The article deals with an important problem for modern society the need for changes in the modern system of higher education in a transitive society that is undergoing numerous global transformations. These are digitalization, sanctions and mental wars, covid manifestations, information changes, etc. Since the modern constantly changing labor market requires a high level of specialists, including from the point of view of health, the health saving competencies of a university student should be understood as a funda mental component of the professional competence of a future specialist, which, unfortunately, today does not find its proper resolution in university practice. In this regard, the article proposes the basics of under standing the essence and content of the healthsaving media competence of a university student on the basis of modern scientific achievements.
