Health-saving technologies in modern concepts of hotel complexes

Based on the analysis of research on the principles of "green technologies", which are primarily aimed at environmental protection, and not at the person himself, it is proved that in the field of hospitality, the current trend today is hotel concepts based on health-saving technologies, aimed primarily at the consumer of hotel services. The article presents data on the importance of combining wellness programs based on the principles of healthy lifestyle, aimed at consumers of hotel services and green construction of buildings of hotel complexes equipped with health-saving equipment that takes into account the harmful effects of polluted air, water, etc. on human health. Also, modern trends in the development of the hospitality sector should take into account the principle of Well-being, which is based on an integrated approach to health and well-being through improvements in four areas: physical health, emotional well-being, mind and spirit. A detailed analysis of eco-certification in the building standards of buildings, including hotel complexes, based on the principle: "to make a building healthier, sustainable, increasing the productivity of its users and social responsibility." An important result of the research of the article is the model of the concept of hotel complexes developed by the author, based on health-saving technologies and principles of healthy lifestyle.
