Disabled students’ health saving in inclusive education at university

Inclusive educational process in the organization of higher education is an object of research in this article. The subject of research are the pedagogical means of developing education that keep safe the health of the disabled students in inclusive higher education. At the same time, the goal is to substantiate, at the theoretical and practical levels, the ways to solve the problem of mastering the socially demanded level of education of the disabled students avoiding harm to their health in the context of higher inclusive education. The article substantiates the feasibility of ensuring parity of education and health of the disabled students; analyzes some theoretical prerequisites for ensuring the parity of education and health of the disabled students, interprets the concept of “health of a disabled student”. Its main elements are procedural (streamlining of training loads, rational organization of education work, individualization of schedules for mastering material and performing training tasks, a combination of mental and physical culture activities) and accompanying (material and technical means, sanitary conditions, favorable psychological climate, information provision) reserves for health protection. The approaches to the implementation of the above system in the practice of inclusive higher education are characterized. The author offers to distribute responsibilities for the implementation of health protection between the participants of an inclusive educational process within the university.
