This article examines key aspects of developing a healthy lifestyle (HLS) as a life strategy for physical education teachers. The concepts of «healthy lifestyle» and «life strategy» are analyzed, and methodological recommendations and an assessment system for teachers are substantiated. Existing approaches to the issue of a healthy lifestyle in the context of the educational process and the importance of integrating these principles into teaching practice are discussed.
