The purpose of the article is to model the forms of social control integrated into the living space of society based on the synthesis of potentials, and to unite the basic constants in the picture of the world. Materials and Methods. Discussion and Conclusion. The emergence of social control is associated with a cognitive revolution caused by a genetic mutation. The source of the internal energy of this process is spontaneity, as a condition for the cognition of all the processes of the world in their self-movement. Sanity in social philosophy is based on the unity and unity of the basic constants in the picture of the world: cognitive, vital, spiritual, technological, economic, sociological, anthropological, communication. Results. The developed model of sanity as a basic, fundamental core in the structure of assessment of the forms and quality of thinking is presented. The rationality of people is due to practical expediency and vitally justified behavior. In this regard, the ideals and norms of sanity are not absolute, but they are controlled and sanctioned by the state of being rooted in everyday life.
