Agricultural land - identification problems, development opportunities and price manipulations

The article reveals the concept of «agricultural land» in the context of the modern understanding of their use in various forms provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The author’s classification of such lands is proposed, covering all types of agricultural land plots and settlements. The main problems of methodological and information support for the process of determining the value of such land plots when conducting research within the framework of appraisal and forensic expert activities are structured. The main directions and measures to improve the system of information and methodological support for the assessment of agricultural land have been identified.
